  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  3. Line cake pan with parchment.
  4. Mix yolks, cream cheese, sour cream, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar + salt to stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
  7. Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool, slice, and serve.
