- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line cake pan with parchment.
- Mix yolks, cream cheese, sour cream, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar + salt to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
- Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, slice, and serve.
