  • - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat grill to medium-high.
  3. In a large bowl, toss steak cubes, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture among four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  5. Top each portion with sliced butter.
  6. Seal the foil packets tightly by folding over the edges and crimping closed.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or grill for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Carefully open each packet (beware of hot steam), and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

For crispier potatoes, open the foil packets after baking and broil for 5 minutes.
You can add vegetables like mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions for variety.
Steak can be swapped with chicken or shrimp; adjust cook time accordingly.
