- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat grill to medium-high.
- In a large bowl, toss steak cubes, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture among four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Top each portion with sliced butter.
- Seal the foil packets tightly by folding over the edges and crimping closed.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or grill for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully open each packet (beware of hot steam), and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
