  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Optional Whipped cream
  • Optional Lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Lightly grease your 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly on the bottom.
  5. Add spoonfuls of cream cheese over the filling.
  6. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top.
  7. Pour melted butter evenly over the entire surface.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Best served slightly warm or chilled with a dollop of whipped cream. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
