  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup Asiago cheese shredded
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Season the Chicken
  3. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the Chicken
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  6. Prepare the Sauce
  7. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low. Add Dijon mustard, Asiago cheese, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth and simmer for 4–5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  8. Return Chicken to the Sauce
  9. Add the chicken breasts back into the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
  10. Garnish & Serve
  11. Sprinkle fresh thyme on top and serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

Notes:
You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier version.
Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and texture.
Use freshly shredded Asiago for the best melt and taste.
