- Instructions:
- 1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- 2️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- 3️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients:
- In a larger bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until combined. Add oil, applesauce, and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- 4️⃣ Mix Together:
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until just combined without overmixing.
- 5️⃣ Bake:
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6️⃣ Cool & Serve:
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, transfer to a rack to cool completely, then slice and enjoy.
