  3. **Add Flour**: Gradually add the flour while blending until a sticky dough forms.
  4. **First Rise**: Pour the dough into a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 60–75 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. **Shape Rolls**: Oil your hands, divide the dough into 12–16 balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. **Second Rise**: Cover the tray and let the rolls rise for another 30–40 minutes until puffy.
  7. **Bake**: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. **Optional**: Brush the tops with melted butter while still warm for extra shine and softness.
