- Make the Frosting: Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add cream until spreadable.
- Assemble: Spread frosting over cooled cake. Garnish with Reese’s cups and pieces.
- Serve: Chill 30 mins or serve at room temp. Optionally top with extra toppings.
