- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, and shredded carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables and toss until fully coated.
- Stir in chopped bacon and chives, reserving a bit of each for garnish.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Spoon into individual serving cups and top with remaining bacon and chives.
