  5. Add fire-roasted diced tomatoes, lime juice, kosher salt, and cilantro.

  7. Pulse or blend until salsa reaches your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).

  9. Taste and adjust salt or lime as needed.

  11. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

For a milder salsa, remove seeds from jalapenos before adding.
