  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • For the Bombs:
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Method

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat, then add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and remove from heat. Let cool, then stir in shredded cheese.
  4. 2️⃣ Assemble Bombs:
  5. Flatten each dough piece into a circle. Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center, then pinch the edges tightly to seal into a ball.
  6. 3️⃣ Prepare Topping:
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder.
  8. 4️⃣ Bake:
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle parmesan, and parsley if using.
  10. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a spicy version, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
