- Start Layering:
- In a square or rectangular glass dish, lay down a flat layer of Maria cookies.
- Add the Cream:
- Pour a generous layer of the mango cream over the cookies. Smooth it out evenly with a spatula.
- Repeat Layers:
- Alternate between cookies and mango cream until ingredients are used up. Finish with a final layer of mango cream on top.
- Chill:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (preferably overnight).
- Decorate and Serve:
- Garnish with chopped mango, lime zest, mint, or a dollop of whipped cream. Serve cold.
