  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Method

  3. 2️⃣ Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. 3️⃣ Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer, add the cornstarch slurry, and cook until thickened.
  5. 4️⃣ Coat the Chicken: Add the fried chicken bites to the sauce, tossing until fully coated.
  6. 5️⃣ Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot as an appetizer, with steamed rice, or inside lettuce wraps.
