Method

  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt.
  5. Combine wet ingredients with dry, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
