- 3️⃣ Season: Add salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.

- 5️⃣ Finish Creamy: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and half & half until creamy.
- 6️⃣ Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning. Ladle into bowls and garnish as desired.
