Method

  2. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs, then arrange them over the lettuce.
  4. Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes, then add them to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
