  • - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 5.1 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • - 2 cups cold milk
  • - 1 box vanilla wafers
  • - 2 bananas sliced
  • - 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • - Crushed strawberry wafers optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. In a dish or individual cups, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries.
  6. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding.
  7. Repeat layers as needed.
  8. Garnish with more strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Notes:
- Best served chilled.
- You can use butter cookies or Biscoff instead of vanilla wafers.
- Add lemon zest or swap strawberries for blueberries as variation.
