- Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- In a dish or individual cups, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries.
- Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding.
- Repeat layers as needed.
- Garnish with more strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
