Method
- Wash and prep all ingredients (peel and chop as needed).
- Add ingredients into a juicer in this order: carrots, ginger, lemon, then oranges.
- Stir in water or coconut water for desired consistency.
- Serve over ice or chill in the refrigerator.
- Optional: Garnish with an orange slice or mint leaf.

• For a sweeter taste, add pineapple or green apple.
• To make a smoothie version, blend all ingredients with ice instead of juicing.
• Store in airtight glass container for up to 36 hours. Shake well before serving.
