- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.

- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined without overmixing.
- 5️⃣ Transfer to Pan:
- Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- 6️⃣ Bake:
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7️⃣ Cool and Serve:
- Allow to cool before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with fruit if desired.
