- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this marinade over each chicken breast thoroughly.
- Sear the Chicken:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the chicken breasts in the skillet. Sear for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Finish in the Oven:
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven (or place chicken into an oven-safe dish). Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Garnish:
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
